NIGHT VISION: the website and marketing studio based in Jordan. Client: the person or organisation requesting our services.

Purchase: acquiring a website for a one-time purchase payment as agreed. Subscription: a service for a duration we agree on when we meet with you, at an agreed price. Domain: the domain name visitors use to reach the website.

Our services are available to anyone aged 18 or older. We ask the client to confirm they are 18 or older before sending a request.

We provide websites for purchase or subscription, business ideas with their websites, ready projects such as clinic booking and invitation cards, and marketing, design and advertising services in Jordan. Price depends on what we do for you: we sit with you, understand what you want, then work out your price. Both buying and subscribing are at an agreed custom price; there is no fixed public price.

Payments follow the agreed price. The website belongs to the client once we receive the full payment.

We obtain the client’s design approval before coding. We provide 30 days of free edits after launch.

We agree on the subscription duration when we meet with you. Price depends on what we do for you. It includes hosting, security, domain renewal, backups, small monthly edits and support.

We send a reminder before the period ends. If the period ends and the subscription is not renewed, the website closes. Your data and content remain saved without automatic deletion. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected], and we will delete them within 30 days.

The design and code belong to NIGHT VISION. The client has the right to use them during the subscription and owns their own content. Conversion to a purchase is possible at an agreed price.

We do not promise specific figures or results (KPIs). We work according to the client’s requests, with our own creativity, within the services written in the package.

The advertising budget is not included in the price and is paid directly to the platforms. Price depends on what we do for you and is agreed before we start.

To stop the service, notify us before the next period. A paid period is not refundable. The client is responsible for the accuracy of, and rights to, the content they provide.

All of our ideas, including the clinic booking website and the invitation cards platform, can be bought or subscribed to, and the price depends on what we do for you. First we present ideas for your name, design, content and selling approach; after your approval we start, and for a subscription we continue with you each month until the end of the period you chose. If the period ends and the subscription is not renewed, the website closes. A purchased idea belongs to the client and is removed from the market. We do not guarantee commercial success.

Free offers have no obligation. The free design belongs to NIGHT VISION and may not be used or given to another party until a project agreement is reached.

Before work starts, the initial payment is refunded in full. After design work starts, it is not refundable. A subscription has no refund for the remaining period, and a paid marketing period is not refundable.

NIGHT VISION is not responsible for indirect losses or downtime caused by external providers or force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service itself.

The laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan apply, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
